The ophthalmology staff in the community

After the end of the corona quarantine in 2020, physicians from the ophthalmology department went to the market place in Ashkelon to explain to the merchants how to avoid infection with the corona virus for the safe of their customers and themselves.

It was a very sensational and direct meeting.

This meeting was part of our vision that medicine is not intended to be served only inside medical institutions, and it could be and it should be available in the community. By this way we thought that it was right to lower the level of fear from the disease and continue with normal life activitites.
